Anna Dello Russo for H&M

I was given a little sneak peek of the full Anna dello Russo collection for H&M, and I’m happy to report it’s as bonkers as expected. Featuring tons of jewellery, sunglasses, shoes and bags, AdR has gone completely over the top with the bling and the gold, and whilst I’m usually of the less-is-more persuasion, I couldn’t quite help myself – it made me smile, and that makes me like it. We all know and love Anna for her outlandish outfits, so I’d have been disappointed if this collaboration was anything less than the crazy it is. Accessories always form a key part of her outfits, so it’s no surprise she focused her collection on them. “My message is: use accessories like a personal touch, as an amusing way to revitalize your life and wardrobe. You will turn an ordinary day into a sensational fashion week day!”

I spotted Anna several times during London Fashion Week and I was happy to see her wearing her high street H&M pieces in combination with her designer clothes. And if you haven’t seen the “Fashion Shower” video she made to go with the collaboration, I suggest you do it right away, it will change your life forever.
