A handful of other bloggers and myself were invited last week to the exclusive launch of Be A Rockstar with Paco Rabanne in Paris. Completely unaware of what was going to happen, we were whisked off to a small venue, where upon arrival, we had hordes of fans screaming our names and shoving pictures with our own faces on it to sign. It quickly became clear that, for one night, we were the rockstars.
Be A Rockstar is an exclusive partnership between Paco Rabanne and Universal Music. The new website will offer users an exclusive behind-the-scenes look of 3 bands – no one other than Two Door Cinema Club, Kaiser Chiefs and Cold War Kids – who in a series of videos exclusive to the site let you follow them around their travels, gigs, etc.
Alongside the video content, you’re also able to go and live part of the rockstar lifestyle yourself through a series of digital immersive experiences. And as part of the launch, we were invited to recreate those experiences in real life. Crowdsurfing, smashing a guitar up, tattoos – the works. The result of our rockstar night is below…
www.be-a-rockstar.com is live now.
No rockstar is complete without some tattoos…:
And no rockstar can survive a heavy night without a relaxing morning in the spa, right?
