As much I do love online shopping – I spend a lot of time looking at online retailers, but I do sometimes miss the real thing, feeling the many different materials, smelling the leather of new shoes, hearing the jingling noise of a big chunky necklace… The AW11 preview for My-Wardrobe.com made it possible to do all that for a change: see, feel, try on, even hear the amazing selection the website offers in one room.

I couldn’t possibly post every picture I took as there was just too much to look at. From the amazing comfy-looking 3.1 Phillip Lim dresses to floppy Eugenia Kim hats to the seemingly endless supply of great shoes to bright coloured denims to the latest Mulberry bags, there’s literally something in there for everyone next winter. What I loved about the My-Wardrobe.com press day in comparison to most other ones I’ve been to in recent weeks, is the careful selection of pieces from each designer, as opposed to being overwhelmed with the full, unedited collection. Here you see what pieces have actually been bought for next season- what pieces the buyers think we, the customer, will love. Oh and there’s so many….
