Since I’ve been running around town in my bright pink pleated skirt the past few weeks (the one posted below in the New Look pic) everyone keeps asking me about it. It’s the sold out Whistles Carrie skirt (although it’s back in stock in some places), and I can tell you from seeing them at AW11 press days everywhere: pleated chiffon skirts are going to be BIG next season. Halston Heritage have a very similar neon pink version in their new collection which I saw at the My-Wardrobe press day, I spotted some at Dorothy Perkins, Whistles are continuing their winning streak… there will be some for out there for every budget, whether you’re into mini, uber-trendy midi or go for broke and try a maxi length.
