On Friday I gave you a little preview of the shoot I did for MCM, and now I can finally show you the final result! I’ve included my 2 favourites.
It was a really fun afternoon, and a huge honour to be asked to do this and being surrounded by a bunch of truly inspirational people. As I mentioned before, I got the call from the lovely Laetitia, aka Mademoiselle Robot, who blogs for MCM, and Devetta PR, who organised the shoot. Photographer of the day was Rui Faria, the founder of Volt Magazine, I got my make up done by Adam de Cruz, founder of Stimuli Magazine and my hair was trimmed and given a cool “Chloe-style” fringe by the hairdresser.
Despite what I do, I’m still terribly awkward in front of the camera, let alone with a whole team staring at me and a video camera filming the entire thing, but once I let loose I had good fun. I posed with 2 entirely different bags and the cashmere beige coat which was so soft it was like wearing a gentle hug. Hard to take that one off, I can assure you that! Make sure you check out the other 3 bloggers involved in this project: The Clotheswhisperer, Style Slicker, and Georgina from Glitterbird.Blogspot.com, whose shoot I stuck around for, so have a look below (windmachine-a-delic!)
There’s a video still coming with interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, which I will upload as soon as I get my hands on it, so check back soon! Thanks to MCM for the wonderful experience and fun afternoon – and the lovely bag I got to take home with me.
P.S. If you like my Markus Lupfer striped jacket in the first picture, check out Cocosa this week, where it’s on sale. Best buy I’ve done in recent months! Chanel-esque with an edgy twist. Couldn’t recommend it more!
