Dolls by Viktor & Rolf

What is it with women and their dolls? It’s like we can’t ever seem to grow up, forever stuck in our Barbie-phase, except that now we dress them up in Louboutins instead of those cheap plastic shoes.
Well after the huge success of The House Of Dolls at the Barbican in London nearly two years ago, Viktor and Rolf are also back with some more miniature goodness. This time on a slightly smaller scale, the dolls will be on display at Studio Job Gallery in Antwerp. There will be one doll to represent each collection the Dutch duo have done so far. It’s like a retrospective of their work, but… doll-sized.
I personally cannot wait to check out the exhibition, which runs from May 18 – July 16 at Studio Job Gallery. Full details below.
